I started working with Shon back  in last September . I had just come out of a particularly traumatic relationship and was struggling   with anxiety and my own self worth. Shon immediately made me feel at ease and from the word go started helping me to not only   rebuild by self confidence but far surpass where it had been at its previous height. Very quickly I experienced a huge emotional and   spiritual development, finding myself feeling far more at one with myself and the world around me. Shon has helped me take back my   power, to see myself more clearly and find passion and drive for life and future endeavours.
