Designed as a dedicated pause from the demands of modern life, each experience allows you to fully switch off, recalibrate and return feeling clear, grounded and renewed.

Overnight Gong Baths also known as Gong Puja's are an overnight sound experiences that invite you into a state of deep rest and renewal. Throughout the evening and into the early hours, Shon Ross (InneFlow) will be joined by Laura (Calm AF) and Kerry (Connect to Nature MK) creating a carefully crafted soundscape using gongs and other beautiful therapeutic instruments, played gently and continuously through the night.
