Group Sound / Gong Baths & Retreats

Experience immersive sound and gong baths with Shon Ross across Milton Keynes, and surrounding villages in North Buckinghamshire. Shon also runs regular sessions at The Roade House in Lower Northamptonshire as well as special collaborative events in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Warwickshire.

These carefully curated sessions combine powerful sound healing frequencies, from the use of gongs, bowls and drums along with many other carefully selected instruments, to create a deeply restorative, full-body reset. Designed as a dedicated pause from the demands of modern life, each experience allows you to fully switch off, recalibrate and return feeling clear, grounded and renewed.
